What began in 1981 as a benefit for the New Youk Choral Society has now become a musical holiday tradition. Join Peter, Paul and Mary in a live concert special produced for PBS featuring their folk song classics. Christmas carols, spirituals and seasonal standards. A unique personal experience for the group and viewers alike, the performance is highlighted by children from Mary`s elementary school accomanying the Trio on ˝Light One Candel˝, peter`s Hanukkah song written for the event. And Bob Decormier, conductor emeritus of the New York Choral Society, saw his dream come to life along with the delight of having Mary, his former student, make the cirde complete.
